The admissions process begins as soon as our experienced team gets an email or phone call from the client or his or her family. During this conversation, our Admissions manager will learn about the client’s personal information. Then, our team will give you an introduction of Baan Lalisa, our personalized care programs, and the services we provide. You will also get the opportunity to ask any questions you might have.

One of our medical team members will call you after your initial contact with Baanlalisa to do a pre-assessment of your medical history and health conditions. As always, Baan Lalisa will treat any submitted information with the utmost discretion.

Our Admissions Team will then call you by phone to advise you of your assessment results and whether or not we can meet your care requirements. In addition, we will now describe the admissions requirements for our nursing home care facility.

An initial deposit of one month’s treatment fee is required to secure your accommodation and space in your specific care programme after your assessment. The balance must be settled prior to arrival at the centre. Moreover, our knowledgeable team is prepared to assist you with all aspects of your trip to Thailand, including flight reservations, visa assistance, and airport transfers. We serve clients from all over the world, therefore no problem is too large or too minor.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a member of Baan Lalisa’s Team and driven to our tranquil and beautiful resort by private car. After a little rest, a member of our team will undertake a comprehensive medical evaluation with you. This information will be used to evaluate your conditions and to assist in the development of your personalized care plan.

During the first day at our facility, all clients will have a thorough medical examination. A licensed medical staff is on-site 24/7 to manage any medical concerns that may occur and to supervise clients through their stay.
